All our shipments are handled by a trusted third-party logistics partner, and we currently offer shipping within India only. Delivery time may vary from 3-10 business days, depending on the distance between our warehouse and your shipping address.
We offer free standard shipping on all pre-paid orders. We DO NOT offer Cash on Delivery (CoD) as a payment option.
We understand that timely delivery is essential, and we will make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible, while ensuring the safety and security of your shipment. Also, once the product is dispatched, the customer will be provided with a tracking ID, which can be used to locate the product. Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for any products purchased from us. As a responsible customer, we trust that you will make informed purchasing decisions based on your needs and preferences. In the unlikely event that a product has a manufacturing defect, we do offer exchanges to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues with your purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchange:
If a customer receives the size they ordered but wishes to exchange it for a different size, we may accommodate the request depending on size availability. However, in such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the entire shipping cost for the exchange. On the other hand, if the size delivered does not match the size the customer ordered, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the article. We will promptly exchange the size or the article as per the customer's preference, and no shipping charges will be applied in such cases. However, Lavanya's Closet holds the discretion to make the final decision.
Manufacturing Defects:
If you receive a product with any manufacturing defects, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the exchange is due to any manufacturing defect, we will bear the reverse and shipping charges.
Exchange Request:
In order to raise an exchange request, providing an un-edited package opening video is mandatory.
Process:
To initiate an exchange request, please send an email at help@thelavanyas.com with your order number, complete and unedited parcel opening video, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 24 to 48 hours. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with our policy.
